What areas of Durham Region do you serve?
Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Courtice, Bowmanville, Port Perry and Uxbridge. Booking hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with 24/7 emergency service for no-heat and no-cool failures including overnight, weekends and holidays.
What HVAC services do you provide?
Furnace repair, maintenance and high-efficiency installation; air conditioner repair, tune-ups and installation; cold-climate and dual-fuel heat pump installation; tank and tankless water heater sales, rentals, repair and installation; indoor air quality work including humidifiers, air purifiers and duct cleaning; and annual protection plans covering scheduled maintenance.
Which brands do you install and service?
We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and also install Lennox and other major HVAC brands, fully warrantied. Factory authorization means our technicians are trained and tested on that manufacturer’s equipment specifically, which matters for warranty registration and for correct commissioning of high-efficiency and variable-speed systems. We service other brands regardless of who installed them.
Do you offer same-day and emergency service?
Yes. Same-day service is available subject to technician availability, and we run 24/7 emergency support across our whole service area. If your furnace fails on a winter night or your air conditioner quits during a heat wave, call 905-576-7600. Calling early in the day gives you the best chance of a same-day slot during peak demand.
How much does an air conditioner tune-up cost?
Our seasonal A/C tune-up is currently advertised at $79. It covers cleaning and inspecting the outdoor coil, checking refrigerant pressures and electrical connections, and confirming the system cools to specification. Anything beyond that scope is quoted upfront and approved by you before work starts.
Can I get a rebate on a heat pump?
Qualifying heat pump upgrades can be eligible for Home Efficiency Rebates of up to $5,000. Eligibility depends on the equipment installed, the system it replaces and the program rules in effect when you apply. Confirm the current requirements with us before you commit rather than budgeting against a headline figure.
Can I rent equipment instead of buying it?
Yes. We sell and rent furnaces, air conditioners and tank and tankless water heaters, and we offer flexible financing on purchases. Renting keeps upfront cost near zero and includes repairs; buying costs more today but ends the monthly payment. The deciding factor is usually how long you plan to stay in the home.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed, insured and background-checked. Gas-fired heating work in Ontario must be performed by a technician holding a valid TSSA gas licence, and you are entitled to ask any contractor for licence and insurance documentation before work begins. We provide ours on request, and we recommend asking every company you shortlist.
